Anima's human form is a very beautiful woman with dark hair and deep blue eyes.
Her hair is long, probably reaching about mid back, and seeming pushed back behind her shoulders. Its parted in the front, her bangs reaching about to her cheeks and chin, pushed back so they just fall around her face.
Her eyes are blue, and you can see where Seymour gets them from. Her facial features are very similar to Seymour's, softened some so she looks more feminine (if that is possible, hehe). Since her character isn't very detailed, like most of the NPCs in the game, she doesn't seem to have much uniqueness to her look. It seems lik it was mostly based off of Seymour's looks, and a few other NPCs through out the game. Much like Lady Summoner Dona.
She wears what seems like a wrap (similar to how Yuna's top is), a dark blue one serves as a sleeve-less top that is probably wrapped aroudn and tied at her waste or in the back. 
Her skirt is a lighter blue, almost white, which is also wrapped around her, higher on one side then the other. It reaches down to about her knees and then is more of a sheer seethrough material that goes down to her ankles.
She has bell-like sleeves that start at her mid upper arm (much like Yuna's also) that stop at her wrists. At the top there is a band of gold material with a pattern of chains on it which its it up on her arm. The sleeves are a grey-ish blue, with three thin strips of gold along it near the forearm.
Around her waist is a rope-like object which could serve as a belt of sorts to keen her skirt wrapped. It has three tassles on it towards the side of her hip, and is higher on one side then on the other. Her shoes are plain light blue slippers, not much to them. Her neck is adorned with gold necklaces, large and beautiful, adding to her look. One is just a plain gold chain with a circle charm through it, and the other is a gold chain with three charms, one 2 small ball charms on the outside and one large drop-likes charm in the middle.
Anima's Fayth that lays int he Baaj temple is a combonation of the woman and the Aeon. it is Anima's human form, bound with her wrists crossed above her head, face down. She is inbetween Anima two large encasement things that come up around it. Around her are the other parts of the Aeon, seemingly laying as lifeless as she, and all bound together and down by chains.
Anima's Aeon is a mumified-looking creature with a head and arms at both ends of its body. One end seems to be covered in a restricting skin (?) of sorts, the only part exposed being its eye, which is used to attack and bleeds after. Purple arms are wrapped around its neck, practically chocking it, and holding up chains that wrap entirely around the body. The other head seems to be underground with long white hair and a dead looking body. Both heads have green eyes and husks with long curling teeth, similar to wild bhors.
